As of today, we at Shades Face and Body Bar would like to announce a pivotal change in our business operations. After careful consideration and feedback from our valued clientele, we have made the decision to transition from a mobile service to a stationary establishment. This change is driven by our unwavering commitment to providing an enhanced experience and unparalleled quality in all our services. By relocating to a fixed locale, we are able to offer a wider range of treatments, invest in state-of-the-art equipment, and create a more serene environment for our esteemed customers. Our team is thrilled to embark on this new chapter, and we can't wait to welcome you to our new and improved space, where indulgence meets tranquility. We are a mobile aesthetic company. That means, we bring Zen and healthy skin to YOU!! At this time, we travel to all of Hillsborough County and St. Petersburg only.  When booking your appointment, please be sure to provide us with your complete address when prompted. 5. Why do you require a consultation before allowing new clients to book a chemical peel?

All clients MUST receive a consultation before receiving a chemical peel because the skin must be properly prepped beforehand to ensure the best results and minimize risks. Without proper preparation, there is a higher chance of irritation, sensitivity, or worsening hyperpigmentation. My goal is to prioritize skin health and safety, which is why I recommend starting with a consultation and a customized skincare regimen before moving forward with a peel. This helps ensure that your skin is in the best condition to receive treatment, leading to better and safer results.

6. Do you service teenagers?

At Shades Face and Body Bar, we understand that teenagers have unique skincare and grooming needs, and as such, we are delighted to offer specialized services tailored specifically for them. Our team of skilled professionals is well-versed in working with teenagers and understands the challenges they face when it comes to their changing skin and beauty preferences. Please note that for clients under the age of 18, we kindly request written parental consent for any treatment or services. We believe in open communication and collaboration with parents to ensure the best outcomes for our young clients.

8. What is your refund policy?

We understand that skincare products may not always work for everyone. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days for a refund (minus a 2.5% processing fee) or an exchange. Please note that opened products cannot be returned. Additionally, all services that have already been rendered are non-refundable.
